Due to the personal and sensitive nature of skincare products, we do not offer refunds for items that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

2. Refunds on Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. If verified, a full refund will be issued or a replacement sent.

3. Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, email us at info@beautybyailaf.com within 48 hours. We’ll arrange for the correct product to be sent at no extra cost or issue a refund if preferred.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only considered if:

• The product is unused, sealed, and in original condition

• The request is made within 7 days of receiving your order

• There is a valid reason (e.g., damage, incorrect item)

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

• Opened or used skincare products

• Gift cards and promotional items

• Clearance or sale items marked “final sale”

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the refund is due to our error (wrong item sent, damaged product, etc.). Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated.
